Kristian Gover Library

We have a beautiful new library and a full time Librarian who is in the process of cataloguing all the books, games, CD-Roms and DVDs onto a central library database. The Flevo School, Holland donated 29 boxes of toys, which are now being used by the children. The junior reading scheme is going from strength to strength and is run predominantly by young volunteers from both India and the West. It is pleasing to see many children enjoying reading and actively using the library.

The library is named after Kristian Gover, who was tragically killed in Iraq. His family generously diverted his pension to Future Hope in his memory and we have been able to create a wonderful new facility. We look forward to them officially opening it in April 2009.
