One Ballboy's Experience

"When I was a ball boy in Eden Garden 14th of March, before the match we went to Eden Gardens for a practice. The match officials showed us lots of techniques like how to catch the ball, not to stay in the middle of the sight-screen and when you caught the ball to give it to the nearest player etc. When I entered there were lots of spectators and all the players were practising for the real match. I saw lots of big players like Surav Ganguly, Jack Kallis and Angleo Mathews. It was a big match: Bangalore Royal Challengers vs Kolkata Knight Riders. After one or two hours the game started .There were lots of boundaries with fours and sixes .Many boys from FHS were ball boys .They caught lots of balls and I also did. There was lots of dancing by cheerleaders and lots of noise from spectators. At last when game was finished we went home in the car. I enjoyed being a ball boy very much."
